Web14 Nov 2014 · 1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION. 11-14-2014 12:50 PM. Try the following. Right click on the video ( green screen ) and select Settings. Remove the tick from the box next to 'Enable Hardware Acceleration' and then click close. Refresh the current page and see if the video now plays Ok.
