Web80/20 is a little high, but most Benellis shoot 70/30 or 60/40. It's absolutely normal, and never needed fixing. Benelli DID fix an issue where they were shooting to the left, but the "it shoots high" issue was a bunch of dudes that have never had a Benelli or any other gun that was intended to float the target.
