WebI doubt it. Currently having shingles. Shingle is a cluster of bumps togather. That’s how it started for me. Then it turns red and pain starts to kick in. I have the same thing, looks exactly like this - itching and no pain. After itching for a couple of days they have started to blister and look more like shingles.
