It would greatly benefit every party if the pole was moved maybe 10-11 ft towards my property line where it would be between my property and the apartments property. If you decide to relocate the utility lines and the power company has an issue with it (like a short fries out the transformer on the pole) you will be liable for damages to the utility company and any incidentals caused to your neighbors.
