I have calibrated it several times using different methods and get the nozzle being 1.3 mm lower than the BLTouch pin so a Z offset of -1.3 mm. This works fine for auto homing, bed levelling and using code G1 Z0 to lower to where needed. WebWhen I figured that out, 2 months of troubleshooting came to an end. IF you still want to revert, just go through the setup video you used but do it in reverse. However, chances are it's easier for you to download a fresh version of the firmware and just make all the other changes again. They aren't.

WebAug 18, 2024 · Regardless the bltouch needs to touch and retract before the nozzle hits or its not goign to work. Once it does that then you can lower it manually and adjust the z offset. If find it is to high in the air at that point let me know ill tell you where to adjust the code in marlin to allow more then 1mm on the offset.
